Dr. Marie Kawthar Daouda is a lecturer in French language and literature at Oriel College, Oxford. Her research focuses on the reception of antiquity in 19th- and 20th-century French and English literature, as well as the portrayal of good and evil in literature, music, and art. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Daouda regularly contributes to newspapers and magazines, offering insights on education, diversity, and social politics.
